FILLET CUTTING MACHINE Mod. FILET-7025

Performs cutting and piling of fresh meat products with or without bones at low temperature (- 4ºC), with the possibility of regulating the amount and thickness of fillet in each group depending on the final look. The machine is of high durability and reliability, designed for large productivity, achieving uniformity of cutting.
