Performs the so called ''lung efect'' through the double vacuum system with intermediate time atmospheric pressure, achieving the elimination of air bubbles inside the dough and a higher quality vacuum.The four bells set allows the manual load and unload while the vacuum process in performed thus saving time and increasing the production adjustable to all molds and packages regardless of size, weight or shape. Suitable for high production.
