CUTTER VACUUM COMPACT Mod. CUTVAC-200 | 300 | 500

 Prepared for the production of fine pastas, emulsions, fresh sausages, cooked and cured, meat from fresh to frozen. Able to work for the processing of dairy products, fruit and fish.
Application of vacuum in the process allows mayor density, conservation of aromas and flavors in the mix. The intermolecular air extraction during the process decreases the oxidation of the product decreases thus improving the color and final presentation.
