TECNOLOGIC PORCINE SACRIFICIAL LINE

Production: from 120 to 300 pigs/hour. 

As well as the basic, standard lines we design and manufacture large-scale production lines for the slaughtering of pigs equipped with high performance machinery, with the object of maintaining the maximum quality of the 
meat and hygienic process. We can highlight the anaesthetic system 
using CO2, model CEODOS, available with one or two baskets, 
as well as our continuously functioning equipment for the 
bleeding, pre-washing, vertical scalding using dispersed hot 
water or steam, continuous hair-removal with rollers fitted
with thermoplastic vanes, ovens for scorching, flailing 
and lashing and final drying.
